2010 Modesto Symphony Guild Music Scholarship

The Modesto Symphony Guild is pleased to announce the opening of the application process for their 2010 Music Scholarship. The $2,500 scholarship is offered to graduating high school instrumentalists planning to study music in college. All applications & supportive materials must be recieved by March 15th! The lucky winner will be announced on May 1st!

Are You Ready to Shine on Broadway?

The Modesto Symphony Orchestra is looking for young singers to augment our chorus and orchestra on the stage at the Gallo Center for the Arts  on Friday, June 4th. The program, entitled "Broadway Rocks", stars three Broadway veterans, our talented orchestra and members of the MSO Chorus. Principal Pops Conductor, Steven Reineke will conduct this memorable show with songs from hit Broadway musicals such as Hairspray, The Wiz, The Lion King, Hair and Rent.
