My concert was cancelled, what can I do with my tickets?

Anyone who has purchased tickets to a cancelled concert was contacted directly by the MSO with information about options for their tickets.

If you are a ticketholder for a cancelled concert, you have several options.

  • Donate the cost of tickets back to the MSO.
First, we would appreciate your consideration of donating the cost of your ticket(s) to help us stay strong in this challenging time. This is a tax-deductible donation and helps sustain the future of the MSO so that we may continue to provide music to the community and provide support to our orchestra musicians who have also been financially impacted. A tax receipt will be mailed to you after receiving your form.

  • Exchange for one of our remaining 2021-2022 Season concerts.
You may see a full listing of MSO’s concerts here.

  • Refund. You may receive a refund for the price of the ticket(s) you purchased.

All ticketing changes are to be made through the Gallo Center Box Office by calling 209-338-2100. Please note there is a deadline to act on your ticket options depending on your cancelled concert date. Any tickets left outstanding pass this deadline will be considered a tax-deductible donation to the Modesto Symphony.
