The evening’s program will conclude with Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 4 (Italian).

February 2020 - The Modesto Symphony Orchestra (MSO) will perform That’s Entertainment! on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 7:30pm at the Gallo Center for the Arts. Returning to Modesto for the first time in seven years, guest conductor Lucas Waldin will lead the MSO through some of the best movie musicals like West Side Story, Chicago, and Les Misérables.

January 2020 – The Modesto Symphony Youth Orchestra (MSYO) and the Modesto Junior College Great Valley Museum and Planetarium combine to present “Music Aligns with the Stars” on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. This collaborative event will feature several of the MSYO’s chamber ensembles performing during presentations in the William R. Luebke Planetarium and amongst nature scenes in the Great Valley Museum.
